And whosoever shall compel thee to go a mile, go with him twain. Matthew 5:41 Twin Falls, WV old homestead. |
My relationship with God must be based upon what Jesus has done in me, not what I can do for Him. A supernatural work has been done in me and it will show itself in how I feel towards others; my actions will produce fruit, no matter what circumstances surround me.
God directs us to be reminded of the house cleaning procedures that need to be followed in all of our lives. He even puts us over on the backside of the desert sometimes to prepare us for the clean-up job to be done in our lives, that will teach us how to have Gods best. We must do our part in seeking to know Him and His will for us; Then He will prepare us to be useful in His service and we are to let nothing stand between us and God in being in the center of His will.
I want to be like Jesus in my temperament, my thinking and my actions. I want to know Him in His supernatural ability to change me, mold me, and make me into a true follower of Christ. I can't do enough good things to be a disciple, He must make me. God creates in me a new person, the old is gradually done away with ~ O happy day! I'm still under construction, He is not done with me yet. By His grace and mercy, He will put me where I'm supposed to be - to suit Him - because I am His will. My complaints are few, while under the shadow of the cross.
"Just Thinking"
Don't go until you fall down,
Fall on your knees and then go.
There is a vast difference
In the injury percentage.
